Write to support@nuraya.us and a person replies, usually within a few days. In the app, Settings › Report a problem sends us what happened with the details we need.
Reading and recitation are free for all 114 surahs, with every reciter. The spoken meaning is free for Al-Fātiḥah, Yā-Sīn, Al-Qiyāmah and the last three surahs. Premium adds the spoken meaning of every surah, downloads for offline listening, the sleep timer, and bookmarks on every device.
Premium starts with seven days free, once per person. Nothing is charged until the week ends, and if you cancel before then, nothing is charged at all.
Apple or Google bills the subscription, so it is managed there: on iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Premium stays open until the end of the time you’ve paid for.
Refunds go through the store that billed you. Only Apple can refund an App Store purchase: use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open your order history and choose the purchase; if Google can’t help, write to us.
On a new phone, sign in with the email you used, or tap Restore on the Premium screen while signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
On the Premium screen, tap Can’t afford it? Request access. Premium opens free, a month at a time. Other listeners’ subscriptions make this possible.
An account is optional. To sign in, enter your email and we send a six-digit code; there’s no password. Codes last ten minutes. If one doesn’t arrive within a minute, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one.
In the app: Library › Settings › Account › Delete account. Or see nuraya.us/delete-account for every way, and what deleting removes.
